Day 1
Arrive Istanbul
Upon arrival into Istanbul, be met at the airport and transfer to your luxurious small ship. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner.

Day 2
Çanakkale
Experience Anzac history during a morning on the Gallipoli Peninsula. See the memorials that stand as tribute to those who fought in World War I. The historic wonders continue in the afternoon, where you’ll have a choice of sightseeing.

Lesbos
Spend the day in Mytilene, the capital of Lesbos. Admire the 19th-century mansions and the Byzantine castle of this port. This evening, we have arranged something special for you.

Dikili, Pergamon
Disembark your ship in Dikili and travel to ancient Pergamon to explore its incredible Acropolis, including its Pergamon Altar, Temple of Athena and Gymnasium.

Kuşadası, Ephesus
From the port of Kuşadası, drive to the ancient city of Ephesus today. One of the best preserved classical cities of the Eastern Mediterranean, Ephesus is a stunning, partially excavated site, complete with iconic wonders and impressive architecture. Broad streets are lined with impressive buildings including the Library of Celsus

Day 6
Symi
On the edge of the Aegean you will find the island of Symi, your next port of call. With a more sophisticated ambience than other islands and retaining its historic architecture, you will feel a sense of old world glamour. A local guide will show you around the town today. From the first sight of Gialos Harbour, you will fall in love with the pastel-coloured houses that line the shores. Almost a century ago, this special place was under Italian rule, who introduced the neoclassical architecture that Symi has adopted ever since. Later, take some time to explore on your own.

Rethymno
Arrive in Crete, the largest of the Greek Islands. Here, select your inclusion.

Day 8
Paros, Naxos
Today is all about island discoveries. From the bustling ports to fishing villages, Paros does not disappoint. See the traditional whitewashed houses of Nausa, before delving into Parikia’s fourth-century Byzantine complex. Continue to Naxos and explore the old villa houses of Halki. Later in Apiranthos, discover the village’s unadorned stone houses and marble-paved streets.

Milos
Disembark your ship in Adamas situated on the volcanic isle of Milos. Here, you will be able to choose the sightseeing that takes your fancy.

Day 10
Athens, Corinth Canal
The first part of your grand small ship cruise draws to a conclusion. Disembark your ship and visit the Acropolis of Athens, an ancient citadel situated high above the city. Here, see the incredible Parthenon, Propylaia, Erechtheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. Continue to the New Acropolis Museum and view its magnificent galleries, including the Gallery of the Slopes, which houses finds from the ancient sanctuaries that were founded on the slopes of the Acropolis. Later, return to your small ship and commence cruising in the late afternoon through the Corinth Canal, only accessible by small ship. Later this evening, enjoy dinner on board.

Day 11
Katakolon
Cruise to Katakolon, where you will visit the site of Ancient Olympia, one of the venues used for the original Olympics. Once upon a time, it was a small regional festival in the 11th century, which was dedicated to the God Zeus. At the main site, you will see the main temple devoted to the god, featuring a statue made out of ivory and gold. A local expert guide will also show you around the gymnasium where the athletes trained, as well as the main stadium where the games were held. Afterwards, you will enjoy a visit to a farm for lunch and a wine tasting straight from the oak barrels produced on the estate. You will be able to wander the property and see the animals.

Day 12
Corfu
Disembark your ship and travel to the picturesque village of Gastouri, where you will visit the Achilleion Palace. Here, admire intricate statues of the nine Greek muses. You’ll also have time to explore the palace rooms and take in exceptional views of the Ionian Sea. Afterwards we have prepared a special lunch for you.

At Sea
Make the most of your luxurious ship with a day at sea. Perhaps take in an informative onboard lecture, relax and unwind in the revolutionary Underwater Lounge, or make the most of the sunshine and dine al fresco.

Day 14
Valletta
Spend a full day immersed in the ancient and modern history of Malta’s Valletta. Disembark your ship for a city tour. After lunch back on your ship, head out on an Anzac history tour, finding traces of World War I scattered over the island. In 1915, 57,950 servicemen from the Gallipoli expeditionary forces were evacuated to Malta, which earned the nickname the ‘Nurse of the Mediterranean’. Tonight, step off the ship into the heart of town to absorb Valletta’s charm.

Pozzallo
From Sicily’s Pozzallo, choose your sightseeing inclusion.

Day 16
Palermo
On the other side of Sicily is Palermo, one of the island’s most colourful cities. During a walking exploration, your guide will show you through the medieval quarters, the Spanish courtyards and the Arab-style street markets, where history, tradition and street food are mixed with voices of the locals. Continue through Cassaro and venture through narrow streets and ancient buildings to reach Norman Cathedral. Later, visit Palatine Chapel, dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle and famous throughout the world for its Byzantine mosaics. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to further explore.

Day 17
Cagliari
From Sardinia’s Cagliari, choose your morning inclusion. On an afternoon discovery, see the Basilica of Our Lady of Bonaria, Poetto Beach and Molentargius Lagoon with its pink flamingos, before reaching the historic Castello district.

Day 18
Bonifacio
This morning, arrive at the fashionable French island of Corsica. Enjoy a guided tour of the fascinating Old Town, where medieval houses are perched on limestone cliffs.
